TrueBridge Benefits

Those within the TrueBridge family have the following benefits available to them:

Supportive Relationships

Everyone in the Body of Christ needs encouragement and support. TrueBridge enables this through meaningful, helpful relationships among the churches as well as ministries to the churches. This includes what is often called the “five-fold” ministries of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher as spoken of in Ephesians 4:11-12.

Ministry Resources

Among our churches we share the most important resource – people! We also make information and materials readily available. To enhance and improve the ministries of each church we are happy to share within the TrueBridge family; plus we endeavor to benefit from other ministries in the greater body of Christ. Specifically, we are involved with five other networks of churches in an organization called Interlink.

Conferences, Seminars, and Retreats

Each year we have a pastor’s retreat, a large conference, a youth retreat, and a young adult retreat. Additionally, we hold seminars, which focus on various themes.

Ministry Directory

On our website, TrueBridge publishes a searchable directory of churches and ministries with contact information. This is not a replacement for your church website, but rather another way for people to find a TrueBridge church nearby.

Personal and Congregational Assistance

Based on the relationships that are at the heart of TrueBridge, support and encouragement are a main focus for each local church congregation and leadership team. TrueBridge uses a written assessment as a focus to identify strengths in each church as well as areas of need. The assessment and follow up planning go a long way in practicing “preventive medicine” as opposed to crisis management only. When a crisis does arise, assistance is available for prayer, personal meetings, congregational meetings, trouble shooting, and counsel.
